Hi Derf, Did you drive the seal in with the rear plate off the engine (as in yaofeng's pic), or with the plate on the engine. If the plate is easily removed, I think I'll take it off. Right now, the engine is in the car and the tranny is suspended and slid over to the drivers side allowing about 10 inches of working room between the tranny and engine.
