mine did that.. Intermittant power .. To everything !?.. Finally no power to the entire car. Very confusing, I then replaced the Ignition switch and it instantly came to life. *Strange* is an inadequate descriptor.
Dunno If this applies to yours.
But Saab's traditionally have had the strangest Electrical oddities.
