If you were installing a turbo engine into a non-turbo body of the SAME year, you'd need to replace the engine wiring harness, install all the turbo engine bits, exhaust etc. This can be a real challenge on its own. The traditional take has been to spare oneself the grief and simply buy a turbo car in these cases. Nowadays, of course, these cars are scarcer and your project could be worth the struggle. I think you'll find there's a lot of stuff to work out.
For one, a non-turbo harness makes no provision for the APC components so you won't be able to use that as far as I know.
Now, adding to your challenge is the TCS delete. This will require a turbo ECU from a 91 non-TCS car (or at least that is my recollection). I think that would suffice, but again there may be differences in wiring harnesses between 91 and 92.
Note, too, that you'll have to account for the beefier axles on the turbo transmission. Someone on this board recently did this, but I think he may have had to switch the steering knuckle, bearing and rotor in order to do so.
May I assume the 92 turbo has terminal body cancer and the 91 NA does not? What's behind your ambitious swap plans?
