The second connector is speaker out (line level) and power, all feeding an amp under the passenger seat. Remove the passenger seat for easy access. The amp has two connectors, an "in" side and an "out" side. The yellow wire at the radio harness is a power wire to feed the aux amp. Some have had luck running the aux output of their receivers to the Saab amp, but the times I've tried it, I could never get rid of misc buzz and ignition noises. I've had good luck removing the amp, running 4 pair of heavier wires from the new receiver to the amp location, then splicing into the output-side wires.
