If your aftermarket wheels have the wrong offset (likely), then you will be stressing the wheel bearings incorrectly and they will fail - I have seen this occur on a friend's BMW with incorrect wheels. The same 4-bolt pattern/spacing was used for some Ford products, but the offset was different - likely that the wheels were made for one of those cars since there are lot more of them around, i.e. some Mustangs. I don't know where you can get the hub-centric spacers (perhaps at GenuineSaab?), but someone on the Performance board would know.
