I can tell you the Vacuum Advance is Definitively a throttle body port, and it is the one that has no vacuum until the throttle is partially opened. I do not think all three ports at the throttle body are the same. The small PCV Line is one of the ones directly to a port on the manifold.
The black PCV nipple is nothing more than a fitting, no moving parts. PCV is not Signal. It's about capturing crankcase gasses, sucking them into the front side of the engine, and burning them, so they are not released into the atmosphere (emissions).
The valve cover end is where the blowby gasses come from, and they are sucked into the turbo via the large PCV hose that goes to the vacuum side of the turbo. At idle and deceleration, when the turbo is not producing vacuum, the small line provides the airflow through the check valve directly into the manifold.
