I was hoping you would answer- knowing that you have a electronics background. I had gathered from a Volvo site, that the voltages applied are PWM. I no longer have a scope courtesy of Katrina, but I understand PWM. Regardless, would you agree that I should have seen shutter movement with 11.9 Vdc indicated on the meter? I think I should have. If not, I will now be the proud owner of a New backup IAC. Also, this IAC is the 2 terminal flavor not the three. Most of the write-ups have discussed the 3 terminal principals of op and the associated PWM voltages.
