Does it go the right end of the yellow or touch the red? Or does it not move a lot and only go at most to the left end of the yellow? You're likely at base boost and it does make the car feel heavy because you're down about 50 horsepower.
Under the car, is your wastegate rod connected? These come loose when the clip holding the actuator rod to the wastgate falls off. Inspect and fix this with a cold engine so yo don't burn yourself. The rod holds the wastegate closed, so if the clip is off it's wide open and power is way down.
You could also have a bad BPC valve. Or maybe just a cracked hose from the BPC. And silly question, but is the BPC connected electrically? I forgot to reconnect mine once and the car was a stone. Opened the hood and it was DUH!
