The speedometer sensor is definitely a two wire connection, I would personally just splice the circuit. Pretty sure the only place you'll find an OEM connector is a junkyard and I wouldnt bother pulling one out. I dont know much about TCS because I've avoided it like the plague, but it is possible the speedometer was cut to prevent/bypass a TCS problem that was happening? Perhaps the TCS owners could chime in if thats a possibility.
