speedometer sensor Posted by Daven [Email] (#290) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Daven) on Tue, 20 Jul 2010 07:11:15 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Hey all!
2 questions:
1: The last shop that worked on my '95 Aero appears to have cut the speedometer sensor wiring above the male/female slide connector and lost the female side. Now I don't know how to identify the wires from which the missing female connector was cut
There are thin white and black wires running into a wiring harness below the TCS throttle body. They appear to have been cut from their connector as well. Just confused because they are smaller gauge and don't run the same path as my father's non-TCS '95 CSE. Are these the wires I'm looking for?
2: does anyone know where I can get the proper female connector for the speedometer sensor. I don't want to start taking shortcuts with this car; it's been mistreated by the previous owner too long.
Thanks!
