rear brake rotor only half wear showing

After comparing the rotor wear pattern on both sides I find my left side is only rubbing the rotor half the width that the right side is. Do I have a partially stuck caliper? Original calipers. Rear rotors and pads are one year old. When I installed these rotors and pads, the calipers seemed to compress fine after ebrake bolt slackening.
With 13 years should I replace caliper or ignore? - the braking seems fine.
