Identifying oil leak upper engine area

Hi all, my 1994 Aero 5sp with 254k has had its share of oil leaks. When replacing clutch mechanic said oil pan was leaking. Replaced, still leaks.
I seem to have narrowed it down to right rearcorner of HG area. I see oil coming out of bolt for timing chain tensioner. I believe this is mounted on back side of the timing chain cover.
I have read about leaking Oil pressure switch as common, this one doesn't seem to leak. Valve cover gasket dry. New front main, oil pump gasket.
Oil seems to come out and spray EVERYWHERE. Major puddle producer.
Not sure if there is a gasket or o-ring in the chain tensioner bolt? Looks actually like two hex-heads, one is probably the adjuster bolt, maybe 13mm, and the other is larger, like 15-17mm, and my guess is a spacer or mount? Looks like the alternator and bracket have to come out just to put a socket on it. Any experiences? THANKS!
