is the crux of the problem. Here in bc 'Rebuilt' is an instant 50% retail price reduction.. forever. Same as saying this machine has a communicable Venereal Disease.. buy/use it at your own risk.
One can have a 'rebuilt' title issued to a total garbage wreck simply by paying for a $250 'inspection'! All too often, all that's submitted for inspection is the $250... no car is even seen... a v easy Scam.
Many such wrecks are subsequently shipped to Alta for a laundered Title, instantly increasing their value dramatically.
Presumably there is Legislative effort in Ont. to stem the inflow of retitled wrecks from Alberta?
Yes, you have a problem, unfortunately, all you can do is follow the legalities. They Do have God on their side..understandibly.
Your initial purchase price must have been significantly lower though, given the rebuilt title ?
