I decided to just fix the stuff (sort of), rather than go back and have a debate with the technician. I replaced the licence plate lens covers and connected the female receptacle directly to the male spade on the lens cover, bypassing the corroded spring-fit connection. For the wiper motors, I just swapped them off my other car. I think I've just about had it with this dealer though, as this is the third time in a row they've either massively over-quoted me or quoted things I don't need, or both. Thanks for the advice here.
