Yes.. easily /instantly using the usbdm gizmo.
Much as the printer port BDM gizmos (attractive cuz they are 10 Euros to buy) are imo too darn much trouble to even bother with.
IF you have bought an USBDM (if not.. get one! from 'johnc' on the ecu project board) it seemingly includes diligent/efficient email support untill your unit is working easily and reliably... priceless IMO :-).
Approx $50, delivered to my door, inside of a week.
Have you managed to download/read/take a copy of the ECU program yet (it's a 256k file)?
First time tried, mine was so instant, I didn't even realize that the usbdm had actually 'done it'. Only when I hit the checksum button and T5 suite verified the file did I realise it had worked.
Failing that.. post your BDM problems onto the ECU project board
Help is Very quick and knowledgeable... you won't be disapointed, I sure wasn't, these guys REALLY know what they are doing.
