most likely the CPS is dead. on the battery shelf there are two gray plastic junctions that have keys to slip into the shelf. ( you will understand when you look). one has an orange, green, gray, and I forget the last... but what you want to do is.... put an inductive timing light around that bundle, you can do just one wire if you like, any one. these are the wires that eventually go into the DI. IF the CPS is not issuing pulses as the engine cranks... the computers will not think it is turning over, and not issues ignition firing OR apply power to the fuel pump.
the 1991 and 1992 CPS are unique, however eEuroparts sells a replacement sender to splice into the harness for the c900 1991-1993 2.1 NA engine. it will splice in...
IF you DO get pulses.... under the drivers seat are two electronic boxes, the top one (smaller of the two) is the ASR/TCS control box, get to it and unplug it from the harness and see if the car starts. if it does.... you need a new one of those boxes
