The owners Manuel says specifically the oil level should not be topped higher than the maximum mark, as this can result in excessive oil consumption. Not that oil consumption is an issue with these engines.
Also the manual states the oil capacity is 5.1 quarts, which appears to be an error in conversion, or may be oil required at initial fill to fill oil lines, oil cooler, etc.
The oil fills to max on my 9000's consistently use 4.2 - 4.3 quarts which = 4.0 liters. This is several minutes after running. If they sit for a day or 2 the level can be a bit above the full mark.
If you feel good about over filling it, then burn the oil. Its like telling the engineers they don't how to design a car, when they obviously did a good job, or you wouldn’t be driving a 9000.
