"Tried to scan it" using what tool? If not an ISAT or Tech II, there's no chance of success.

I do not believe that cutting an ABS wire on an automatic car will simply defeat TCS (not to mention disable ABS) without possibly putting the car in limp home mode.

There have been zillions of threads on the topic of disabling/removing TCS but at this point, honestly the cheapest way to rid yourself of TCS is to buy a car without it!

If you haven't used an ISAT on your car, after replacing all those parts, to recalibrate the system, that may be why you're having problems.
