3" to 2.25" exhaust system adapter

So, I'll be passing over my trusty steed to a family member however this member is not of the same mind-set as I am with regards to more power and handling. With that, I need to replace the JT exhaust as it is rotted from the cat-back.
I want to leave the 3" down-pipe and separate 3" cat still intact but hook it up to a stock 2.25" exhaust after that. Since the 2nd O2 sensor is installed into the intermediate pipe after the cat, I need to leave part of that on as well.
Does anyone know where I can get an adapter to hook up the two different sized systems? This would need to be the sleeve type as I would not be hooking it up to the cat flange.
