When Walter Wong did the clutch on my '96 back in July at 182K he also did both engine mounts and the tranny mount. Stock front, solid rear. Stock tranny mount. Also did poly control arm bushings. Made a huge difference and the car feels much tighter and more connected. In fact, it feels better now at 187K than it's felt since I got it at 90K. I figure I won't have to do mounts again for a long time--maybe never--so having it done along with the clutch made sense. At 200K your mounts are probably due.
Do the ball joints while you have the suspension apart. (I'm doing my RF this weekend)
Since you're putting on new struts and springs, spend the extra bucks for strut bearings. The HD struts and stiffer springs will be hard on them and you want new ones in there, otherwise you'll be taking it apart again to replace the old ones before long.
Get an alignment when it's all done, because with the car lower the alignment will change. You might want to get a pair of adjustable camber bolts. I needed that when I did the Sport Chassis kit and SAS bars on my car. Rock Auto probably has them.
As others note, gas tank straps are worth a look. You live in New England where they rust and they can fail suddenly, as happened on my '95 (daughter's old car) at about 162K. They can be a nuisance to change due to rusted bolts. You can do them one at a time, but it's best to do it with a close to empty tank in the unlikely event that you need to drop the tank. On that car an indy in Maine did it for $35, so it was pretty easy. I had the parts shipped to him.
The car will be fantastic with those changes. If the springs lower it much, do be careful during pothole and frost heave season!
