On Mar 26 I posted that I thought I had killed my polyurethane bushings by lubricating them with a grease not suitable for polyurethane.
Two days ago I installed new MTC polyurethane bushings. Two days and 124 miles later the bushings are literally falling apart. The right side is more pulverized than the left.
The bushings and holders at the front of the control arms look good. Everything else up front looks good and tight, including ball joints, drop links, sway bar bushings, strut mounts and tie rod ends. Tire wear is normal.
Any ideas?
