Defective polyurethane mix? What did you use to lube them this time?
I had some poly bushings that lasted for years driving on the crappy roads in Chicago; replaced them when they wore out due to poor lubricaton. If the replacements you just installed are from the same batch as the first ones, it's likely that the raw polyurethane material is a defective mix - yes this happens. Where do "MTC" parts come from? Maybe I don't want to know.
If you are absolutely set on poly bushings, perhaps buy them elsewhere for more $$$. There are several sources in the UK for these: Abbott, Polyflex, Superflex. I tried to get Energy Suspensions (USA) interested in making these parts, not enough volume for them.
