I have the same check engine light engine and I have
3" DP
2.5" Exhaust
Forge valve
Abbott Delivery Pipe
Abbott Intercooler
stock TD04 Aero turbo
stage ?? Abbott ECU...it's a custom unit putting out ~305HP
When I bought the car it had a check engine light within 40 miles and it was stuck in base boost, but I feel like the owner didn't even know it. I replaced the BPC valve, fixed the vacuum line into the valve cover since it didn't have a check valve :-/ and replaced the retainer clip on the wastegate spring. Reset the ECU and car immediately came alive! Several miles later I get the check engine light again which I've had checked and it's the front O2 sensor in the downpipe. The owner before me said he couldn't get the check engine light to go away after the installation of the DP and tune. I checked the O2 sensor and it was a universal unit that was spliced in, so I figured OK, let's get the proper Bosch sensor in there. Installed the Bosch unit, unplugged the battery for a bit, then reconnected and went for a drive. I thought that fixed it, but after about a week I get the check engine light again. Not sure what's going on with this DP/tune but it's pretty annoying.
