So.. 1992 Saab 9000 Turbo with Manual transmission.. starts and idles just fine. The deal is.. the gas pedal is hard as a rock and it seems to be having TCS issues (low performance) It doesn't seem to be in limp home mode because I can get it to speeds above 30 mph but it takes a lot more effort.. almost like its running at base boost so TCS issues...OH BOY!! my favorite... I have an extra throttle body.. I change it out and car is still the same.. Ohms at safety check valve located on the firewall are around 30 ohms, and it is the new blue plug type so it seems to be fine... but the plug for it does not have 12v when the car is turned to the on position... 12v is also not present at the valve similar to that one located on top of the drivers side wheel well.... so neither one of these solenoids can do their job because there is not 12v present at them.. I am thinking TCS module under the drives seat is the issue seeing that this controls all that unless I am misinformed... any insight would be greatly appreciated as I need this car back on the road like...yesterday thanks -E
