Try doing cleanings to ALL the ETS and ABS electrical connections with CRC and apply lots of Di-electric grease. Also make sure all connections are secure when putting everything back together. There is a PDF called "TCS manual" that is available by simply searching on google. I have a copy I can email if you need. This shows you all the connections I am speaking of.
Could be an easy fix for you... I did this on my '93 Aero and it cured my LHM for good with the exception of a pesky vaccum line.
FYI: You can travel at ANY speed during LHM! If it occurs on the highway or while you driving any significant speed, you are to let your foot completely off the gas pedal and then reapply the gas to go into back up cable driven throttle operation. It just so happens that if you go into LHM before you are actually travelling down the road it can prove very difficult (and dangerous) to gain speed
