Sounds and looks normal. Throttle response looked good, a short pause like that is just the time a slug of air takes to get to the combustion chamber at idle. You are supposed to be gentle with an elderly car. Wanted to see how much bounce there is in the tensioner pulley, just curious.
Stumbling or weak throttle response could be a weak fuel pump or plugged fuel filter or both.
