And I should add that I have the full set of HD's installed. I don't see a point installing HD's or Konis only on the front axle - the rear axle does as much as the front one when it comes to cornering.
As for 'to give up HD's or not to give up' - after I made about 10K miles on them this summer on different roads of Mordor (trust me, Boston roads aren't *that* bad), I don't think I'll trade them for something else. Even considering their harshness on cracked roads with low-profile tires. When they wear out, I will probably be considering Konis as well, but chances are high, that I'll stick with Billies.
