Not sure about blender motor, but having just installed the heater core, I think that all air coming from the blower is controlled by the flappers in the blower assembly. If yes, than I would remove the aquarium cover and take a peak in between the blower assembly and evaporator housing- find a lever and make sure that wire is attached to it. If it is- then it's the motor or ACC unit. I assumed you did a calibration?
