Obvious suspects are the sparkplugs and DI cassette.
A PO133 is an O2 Sensor code - slow or no response - but if you're misfiring that might explain why the ECU can't control the combustion.
Pull the plugs, check their condition and re-gap them. If they're good, you might want to try a donor or backup DI cassette.
