Given that the supplied o ring isn't coping with oil pressure, (presumably due to the not precisely correct drilling location ?)
Perhaps fitting a copper or Ali crush type washer as the O ring substitute should/could work??
A fuel type or oil line type washer from a Local auto parts store?
