Even with a lift, the access from the bottom is bloody bad.
I think i just confused you more than helped you, lol...
Yes, the bolt you aren't seeing comes from the transmission side. It's right between a hose going to the idle valve, a the water hose going to the heater core. you should be able to see it fine if you look straight down, just forward of the throttle body.
