The ones to do are the rear bushes on the front control arms. I had replaced mine with stock rubber ones the first time I did this but did poly the second time. The poly ones make a huge difference in steering feel but do transmit a bit more vibration to the steering wheel. Worth it, IMHO, for the sharper handling. You can also put poly bushings on the sway bars which makes some subtle improvements. If you do this, also consider putting poly on the front sway bar links.
I haven't done any bushings in the rear, although at 208K it wouldn't hurt. Maybe next summer.
Or just go for it and get a set of SAS 25mm sway bars front and rear. Transforms the car into a great handler.
