Honestly I can't remember. "Front O2 sensor generic fault" or "front O2 sensor slow response" or something like that.
It first happened about 4 years ago, I replaced the front O2 sensor and it went away. Until about a year ago (with only about 8K more miles on the car as I rarely drive it) so I replaced the O2 sensor again thinking it might be infant mortality but the CEL came back on about a month later and persists in spite of my resetting it several times.
I don't think it's an intrinsic problem with the JT downpipe because the car went 8 years with the pipe and no codes. I think the flex is just starting to leak a bit and it's causing the error... at least that's my goofy theory.
I have to do exhaust work on the car anyway since the catback is rotted out. But unlike last time, I'm going to do it this time so I can easily interchange the 3" downpipe and cat setup with the stock stuff.
