I started getting that classic front corner seep somewhere around the 150k mark. I had the head bolts re-torqued and I got another 50k miles out of it before I started leaking coolant internally (white smoke, coolant level dropping) and I finally had the gasket replaced. I would say to give it a shot. What's the worst that could happen? It's easy and cheap. I did not replace the bolts but you can if you wish.
