Let's quit pounding on the dashboard challenge Posted by DickT [Email] (#1628) [Profile/Gallery] (more from DickT) on Thu, 28 Jul 2016 16:48:46 In Reply to: Wiring diagrams, JerseySaab [Profile/Gallery] , Thu, 28 Jul 2016 16:07:41 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I haven't stared at the circuit diagrams that long, but it seems like the great minds on this thread ought to be able to collectively zero in on a particular set of nodes or connections that are suspect. If we all need edus sobeit, but all speculation on connections other than the ground by the speaker is vague. it's lot of work to take off the dash and reseat connectors without a good chance of success. I think we ought to be able to figure this out since it's such a common problem.
A few observations: Since it acts like a ground problem maybe it's not at the pillar. It looks like there are junctions in the ground between the edu and the pillar. I seem to recall that the low fuel light will stay on when the fuel and temp gauges and dash lights go out. Where does the edu get power?
