Good points. I know the cabin air temp sensor fan is working. I clean them fairly regularly and I have heard mine make a racket a few times lately. If I push on the cover and wiggle it around I can find it's happy spot where it's running but not rubbing on the cover. Once the weather breaks I'll get under the dash or pull the ACC out and see if I can see the mixing temp sensor. What's the best way to access it? Do I need to pull the dash top? I probably have a spare in one of my bins or 9000 parts. Pretty sure I kept it when I salvaged the blower assembly and box from the 97 Aero. Just a matter of finding stuff after the move to MI. I found a good article on google last night on Swedish Wrench that described the ACC operation. That and the Townsend Imports Saab manual ACC document. I have a full set of factory manuals for earlier 9000's. I'm not sure where they are yet and I don't know if it covers the ACC2.
