anti theft glitch

the anti theft will not let me start the car..I have tried all the fixes I could find, except for a jumper wire from the ignition to the ecu (pin 9&21 on the control module.) The doorlocks haven't worked for some time, and the alarm would go off when I unlocked the driver's door, but would stop with the key in the ignition.Now the horn goes off when in crank position, and it will turn over a couple of times.Any ideas? thanks, John
