Do you have another Speedo? When testing mine, I found the Speedo installed, did not work. I replace with one I tested and worked for a while. Now is not working at all. Today I´m going to try to pull out the gear (P/N:8727240) that´s inside the Transmission which turns the transducer and see if it´s my problem. I have a new gear incase I need to change it. I´ll let you know what I find.
