Feel Stupid as I didn't notice the 8mm top to hold shaft.

Found it today and shock is out of the mount. 16mm nuts on the shaft. Open end or box wrench until it's loose enough to use a deep socket.
Really feel quite dumb. Been a long time since any shock replacements. None on 5 9000. Have 2 new Bilsteins but didn't want to think of attempting the bottom bolt. Also the original Sachs still seem quite fine at 167K. Have Bilstein twin tube struts on the front since 103K as they were toast when I got the car. 98 9000 with Aero suspension. Thank for the help.
