Last summer I really needed a car with working AC (for my wife), so I took my 9000 to the shop that rebuilds hydraulic hoses - and works on AC. They warned me that the hose connection to the condenser might be an issue, and the condenser was pretty beat up already (accident damage from previous owner), so I opted to just get a new Nissens condenser while I was at it - they are pretty inexpensive at this point. AC worked better than ever all summer, hopefully it will work this summer as well.
