I've used the Chinese aluminum radiators on other vehicles but not my 9k. The welding and quality have always been very good. Fitment can be the only issue. Keep in mind those guys have never even seen a Saab 9000, so it's just based on an OEM radiator they got their hands on and may not take into account various necessary clearances, model year changes, etc. They do seem to update the design periodically as warranted, but in some vehicles there is a little creativity, cutting, or different hardware necessary to make them fit. But basically at worst they can be made to work, or if you can find someone to vouch for fitment then you'll be likely be happy with the product.
I've always had what I would consider good luck with the Nissens in the sense that all modern radiators with plastic components are somewhat disposable and will go through a couple replacement in their useful life.
