I have a '95 Aero manual with ~ 420K miles. No issues with timing chains or much else for that matter. I do need to replace the head gasket and the speedo "ring" in the transmission but that is about it. I make do with using the ABS signal. Most of the 9000s I have seen have in excess of 300K when they are retired.
