Hello,
Not sure of your year. I looked in the wiring diagram for a 95 because it was handy it shows that fuse 1 4 and 13 are +15 circuit. I would read the voltage on one of them when cranking to see if it is low. Usually the failure is of corrosion on the contacts inside the electrical portion of the switch which leads to the voltage dropping to say 10v or 5v on the +15 circuit leading to weird behavior by the ecm. The other failure mode on a 9000 was the spring inside failing to return the switch to run from start when you let off. That just meant you needed to manually turn back to run or burn out the starter. So that would not be you issue and would not cause a no start. I would try to find a genuine but I have not had to buy one for awhile so not sure who has them. A used one is a 50/50 shot. But we used to change them all the time for one of those reasons.
As far as your crank sensor I got a Bosch one from rockauto a few months ago. But I had to check the site for about a month before one showed up in stock. Good Luck, Bernie
