Only three. My first and fastest was my 94 black 5-spd Aero. Bought it from a guy in MA. Ridden hard and put up wet. Lot's of things wrong with it. Bad hood and caved in rear door. TD04 turbo clamp missing. I had bought a 93 CSE 5-spd in black shortly before thinking I was some kind of Saab whisperer. I was not. The 93 had terminal TCS issues. It had recently had $6K worth of work done on it so I parted it out and junked what was left. I only paid $250 for it, not running. I used the door and hood off the 93 to make the 94 a fifty-footer. Interior in the 94 was toast so I bought another complete black Aero interior from a guy in Concord, NH for a couple hundred bucks. Sold that car and didn't lose money, just sweat equity. Next one was my beloved 97 Scarab Green 5-spd Aero. Used the new fenders off the 93, had them repainted and fixed the spotty rust on it. Looked good, ran like a top until it was totaled in a rear end collision on I-89 in Lebanon, NH. Rear ended while driving 70 MPH down the interstate. Drove the back of the car into the rear tire. No one hurt, fortunately. Bought it back from the insurance company, stripped it and junked what was left. It had around 235K on it. Ny daily driver now is a 96 black 5-spd Aero. Good driver but pretty rotten. Came out of Maine and it has rot in places I've not seen on a 9000 before. So I've had (3) 9000 Aero 5-spds and also have an 02 9-5 Aero 5-spd that is in really good condition. I also still have the tan Aero interior from the Scarab green car, as well as the B234R and 5-spd from that car. The clutch only has about 50K on it. Haven't decided what to do with yet. Maybe a sand rail with a B234R? Keeping it as a spare in case the engine in the 96 gives up the ghost. Oh, and I have (2) 9000 CSE automatics on the road too. Plus bins of parts. I have been considering divesting of all my 9000's and stuff. Running out of space. I have bin full of pre-93 parts too.
