Thanks Simon. I was pretty sure it was an ECU function but I'll take another look at the hoses. A bunch of them were replaced when I did the HG last year. I could have a leak somewhere else. I'll compare the idle speed in gear with my green SCE automatic and see if the green one is lower. When I drive that one it doesn't seem to want to push through the brakes. I just noticed it after I put the white one back on the road. It's possible I have a stuck front caliper and I'm not getting all of the brake force. It sat in the yard for a couple months before I fixed the door handle. Always nice to have a couple of spare Saabs around but it allows you to ignore one every once in a while. The rotors were pretty rusty.
