It's fixed! I went through every trace on that board and checked for continuity. I found one transistor ground was open and reflowed that joint. I tested it after a day and it worked perfectly. I went ahead and manually reflowed all the remaining joints in case any others were on their way out (there weren't too many). Thank you all for your responses!
