Paul Taylor is a guy in the UK who provides this service - I believe that he is a former SAAB tech. He also provides repair services for many other failing electronic parts on 9000s, i.e. EDUs, ACCs, gauge clusters. Many people in the 9000 group on Facebook have given him positive reviews.

I have his Stage 2 conversion to T8 (supposedly even better than the T7 valve) which is supposed to increase power to 260HP while limiting torque in the first tow gears to save the transmission. Due to extensive travel, I haven't installed it yet, but am looking forward to seeing the results, especially because the T5 BCP solenoid is now sticking on my Aero, causing fuel cutoff when I stomp on the gas pedal.

Note that while shipping TO the UK is expensive, shipments back to the USA are very reasonable.
