Help! 9000 Cranks but won't start, dashboard out

My '95 9000 Aero had been running great except for the fact that it had been taking longer to start (it would crank for a while) and the dashboard seemed to have this delay before it would come up. Went to get coffee today, however, and it needed lots of gas to crank and barely did. After that, however, it drove fine. Had to get gas, and after I filled it starting was very difficult. Got it to start, but the dash was wacky- flashing light as though I had no fuel, only dim lights in one corner, no tach or speedo at all. Ran kinda rough, but got it home.

Thankful I made it home I turned it off and tried to turn it on again. Now it cranks, but there is zero dash. No lights, nothing. Turning the key to accessory- no dash at all, but the 3rd party radio turns on.

I checked Fuse 13, and swapped it, but it didn't seem to help. Tried moving the wiper for the dash brightness a bunch of times but that didn't help either.

Any ideas? It had been in the shop not that long ago and had been running great with a clean bill of health after a replacement Idle Air Control Valve and some other work until this new problem.
