Hello,
Sort of sounds like it could be an ignition switch..the electrical portion. I would check a number of fuses for voltage when cranking and see if they are low. I don't have an manual infront of me so I can't tell you which ones are +15 which is what you are going to want to check. See what you find. Some will have 0 when cranking because the +54 power is not powered at crank. Good Luck, Bernie
