dealer relations question

My car is currently sitting in the Service Department at Bay Ridge Saab. The dealer is new to Saab, and apparently haven't gotten the service department's act together. I took the car in Saturday afternoon suffering from TCS problems. I spoke to the service writer Monday at the end of the day, and the technician was still pulling codes.
No communication with them at all yesterday. I spoke to the service writer mid morning today, and he told me that their system doesn't have analytical data on "older" cars (mine is a '92 9000T), and that they had had to send the data they collected to Saab North America for analysis. Has anyone else ever had a dealer/service department explain a situation such as this to you? If this continues to develop at such a slow pace, who at Saab in Norcross should I contact? I'm starting to get frustrated, since this dealer has told me flat out that they can't provide me with a loaner, and I have family business to attend to in the next few days that requires me to be mobile.
